Our Training Philosophy
Here at KV Communications we offer a very transparent service. The way we see it, the more you know about brand marketing, the more informed you are about the challenges and opportunities, the smoother it is to work together.
We prefer to demystify the process – unlike other agencies who believe the more you know the faster they’ll lose your business – we however see a much bigger picture.
Our view is that the higher a business will value their marketing activity the more effectively they’re able to build and grow relationships with their customers, stakeholders, audience. We consider it a success if a client brings their marketing and PR operations in-house after working with us so we want to equip you with the necessary skills you to ensure you can do this.
By taking the time to explain and include the client as much as possible, we’ve secured their trust, loyalty and more importantly worked better together to achieve great results for their business.
Sometimes business owners need a friendly ear and sound, honest and transparent advice with no agenda. With so many hats to wear sometimes marketing is a totally new realm of understanding to grapple with and they may not even know where to begin. Do we need PR or should we invest time in social media? We can sit down with you to talk through your business goals and direction and provide a recommended strategy and plan tailored to your individual business requirements and goals as well as access to a network of valuable contacts.
Consultation sessions are charged at £550.
We can organise a range of training services to help you understand and even implement your marketing activity – from brand messaging workshops, PR, social media and SEO – providing practical smart advice and tips to ensure you generate results and see progress.
Prices provided upon request based on training required, size of group and location.

Kristel was sensitive to our budget and I followed each and every one of her excellent recommendations, which often involved avoiding unnecessary expense! We are still reaping the benefits of our campaign I would strongly recommend KV Communications to any startup looking to get a big bang for their buck” James Bryson, Founder of Sidekick
“Kristel offers a highly valued consultative service, ready to explain the ever changing demands of marketing and PR so that we could clearly understand not only the challenges but the opportunities for the company. Honest and transparent in her approach, Kristel was happy to impart her knowledge and expertise, whether it was through clear and detailed activity analysis, or team training. We found her approach to be truly insightful, and her commitment and enthusiasm to help drive the activity in the best interests of the company was greatly appreciated.” Rupert Longsdon, Founder of The Oxford Ski Company
“We recently employed Kristel’s services to produce and run some training for colleagues. She provided a fantastic training course – informative, fun, well-paced, responsive, flexible – and above all, highly valuable. She took the time to really understand our needs and created a bespoke agenda that met all of our requirements and also allowed time for discussion and was interactive enough for us to make use of her extensive knowledge and experience.” Diana Cherry, Director of Operations -Oxford Private Travel
